Acadia National Park
The coastal and mountain forests of Maine’s Acadia National Park are dotted with groves of aspen and birch. Some of the most photogenic groves are found around the Sieur de Monts area, on the eastern side of the main section of the park. The trees are some of the most colorful in fall, and even put on a little show in spring, when their leaves are born a very pale, pastel green.
Prominent photography opportunities in Acadia National Park include: coastline, rustic settings, landscape, nature, coastal mountains, islands, birds, fall foliage, night skies.
